This is a brief conversation to understand your current business infrastructure situation and determine if Wild Roots Foundation is the right fit for your needs. We'll discuss: ✓ Your current website and backend setup (what's working, what's chaos) ✓ Your offers and how they're currently presented online ✓ Your biggest infrastructure frustrations right now ✓ Whether Wild Roots Foundation aligns with where you are in your business This call is perfect for you if: ✓ You're clear on your offers but your website doesn't reflect that clarity ✓ Your booking, email, and website systems feel scattered and disconnected ✓ You're spending more time on backend admin than serving clients ✓ You're ready to invest in professional infrastructure that supports your growth Please note: If you've already completed Wildly Tended Foundation or Deep Dive with me, you can skip this discovery call and move straight to Wild Roots enrollment - we already have the clarity foundation we need. Come prepared with: ✓ A brief overview of your current website situation ✓ Your main infrastructure frustrations ✓ Your timeline for making changes This is a no-pressure conversation to see if we're a good fit. I'll be honest about whether Wild Roots is right for you right now, and if it's not, I'll point you toward what you actually need.
Cancellation Policy
At Bee Alchemy with Bails, clarity, alignment, and mutual respect are key to ensuring our work together is smooth and impactful. Here’s everything you need to know before booking a session with me. All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for preparation and alignment. My working hours are from 10am-1pm EST Tuesday - Friday, with additional evening hours on Thursdays on weekdays. Weekend availability is limited and may be arranged by special request. If you need to reschedule your session, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time as a courtesy. If you do not show up for your session, it will not be refunded or rescheduled unless there’s an emergency, and you communicate with me within 24 hours. To secure your session, full payment is required upfront. Payments are non-refundable but can be credited toward another session if the rescheduling policy is followed. Payment plans are available for select services, and we can discuss this during your inquiry. For strategy sessions, you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire that must be completed at least 48 hours before our scheduled time. This ensures we can dive deep and make the most of your session. For ongoing partnerships, you’ll be guided through onboarding, including access to your custom Trello board and detailed instructions to set us up for success. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the session details, any preparation instructions, and the session link. In the rare case that I need to decline or terminate a booking due to misalignment with my values or services, a full refund will be provided. All services are final sale, as they are tailored specifically to meet your needs. This policy is designed to ensure we have a seamless and productive experience together.
